Cost
The cost for a
single registration is $60.00. This includes the opening address, three
workshops, morning tea, lunch and entry to the trade exhibition.
If you are posting
your form, please send
full payment
with your registration form.
If you are emailing your
registration form, please either pay via the internet banking details
provided on the form or post your full payment as soon as possible.
Cheques should be made out to
‘Rainbow in My Head Trust’
Because we keep the
cost as low as possible, discounts are not available for centres or
organizations sending more than one participant.
Registration Details
To register for the
day, please either complete and return the registration form posted to
you or use the electronic form located on this web site. For more registration forms, photocopy the
posted form
as needed or download another version from this web site. Please note that every effort will be made to give people
their first choice of workshops. Those registering early are more likely
to be enrolled in their first choices. You will be contacted before the
day with confirmation of the workshops in which you have been enrolled.
You may register
using the electronic form by clicking the download your registration
form now link above, fill in the fields, save the file to your hard
drive, then email the file to the event organisers and pay via internet
banking. You can pay by cheque if this is your preferred method of
payment.
Registrations must reach us by
2 July
2010.
Late registrations will be considered but workshop choices will be
limited. Last date for refunds on cancellations is 12 July 2010. You
must
include 1st
and
2nd choices for each workshop series for successful registration.
