Philosophy

My philosophy  for athletes that I personally coach is that I expect them to attempt training and not waste any of my time. As such I will give you 100% of my time, effort and knowledge to help you reach your goals and I expect my athletes to be honest with me when they have not completed training.

I encourage my athletes to ask questions and seek clarification so that they can get the best out of the training session.

I expect that none of my athletes will take any drugs that are not prescribed by a doctor and that they will abide by all rules when competing.

and finally I like to see my athletes have fun. When they have a smile on the dial, its the best feeling cos I know they will come back tomorrow.

My philosophy  for athletes that I assist (and are not personally coached) is that I expect them to attempt training and not waste any of my time. The aim is to have some fun and maybe one day to become a personally coached athlete.
